The war between Israel and Hamas in Gaza is nearing the eight month mark. Israeli government spokesman David Mencer provided the Israeli government update with the latest details, including operations in Rafah. Mencer says since the ground invasion more 300 terrorist have been eliminated. Mencer also says ceasefire talks and hostage negotiations are back on the table.
